These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between you, the customer, and Holographictraders.com.

Your use of our website, and purchase, download and use of our products, constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or purchase, download or use any of our products.

Digital Products Refund Policy

Since Holographictraders.com offers non-tangible irrevocable goods, we DO NOT issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent.

As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

Unfortunately, due to the immediate access to digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Moreover, 18 years in this business has taught us a couple of things about selling trading software that has proven true time after time after time:

First, about 1/3 of the market consists of “traders” who buy trading software with the sole intent of refunding the sale at the first opportunity.

A significant portion will buy on a Friday night and then demand a refund on Saturday morning, claiming the software failed to live up to its promise.

All this while the markets were closed and trading was impossible to begin with.

Second, the people who complain about our NO REFUND policy do so because it is their intent to refund at the first opportunity but our policy prevents that from happening.

Understand this clearly: Once you buy it, you own it.

NO REFUNDS.

Product not-as-described:

Such issues should be reported to us within 7 days from the date of the purchase.

Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.

Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Defective Products:

Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur (mostly from your end).

You should contact us for such issues within 7 days from the date of the purchase.

We will help you to correct the error in a timely manner through technical assistance.
